I had an amazing experience at Honda Millennium Service Center. I brought my CR-V in because I heard a noise and was honestly really worried. The team immediately took care of me — they checked my car right away and even provided me with a loaner, which helped ease my stress so much. They kept me updated the entire time, explained everything clearly, and handled the issue with real professionalism and care. Within just two days, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and returned my car driving perfectly — smooth, quiet, and back to normal. I truly appreciate how fast and exceptional their service was. They made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. Your team rose above the failures of Citibank to increase my Debit Card limit and rushed me to a local Citibank branch to obtain a Banker's check for the final balance to buy the car. It would have resulted my Debit Card limit and rushed me to a local Citibank branch to obtain a Banker's check for the final balance to buy the car. It would have resulted in a two-day delay until the banks reopened on Monday. More

I recently visited this dealership for service and had an overall decent experience. The staff were courteous, respectful, and willing to help, which I appreciated. However, there’s definitely room for impro overall decent experience. The staff were courteous, respectful, and willing to help, which I appreciated. However, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to communication and efficiency. As for the environment I found the radio to be quite loud, making it difficult to concentrate or have a conversation. A quieter, more comfortable space would go a long way in improving the customer experience. That said, the team seems committed to helping, and I would recommend them. More

I had such a great experience working with Davaughn and Kerrick! Davaughn went out of his way to make sure I was set up with Apple CarPlay and even personally got my all-season mats and installed them for Kerrick! Poor service, poor communication, charges for every single thing. Money focused only, more customer service needed and more focus on explaining different issues with cars instead of just money grab. Have issues honoring my wheel and tire protection. Tire protection was completely disregarded and not honored. I would not return. Kerrick was great by the way he helped to resolve issues.
