From the start Kyle was extremely helpful and professional! He was very knowledgable when it came to any questions that I had and made the process enjoyable and relaxing! Kyle was super quick and thorough with my paperwork. Whole process was very stress free and even relaxing. He basically makes car buying a easy conversation. After exhausting my search for the exact Subaru I wanted (Blue or Red Outback Touring XT with Nappa Brown leather) in Oklahoma, NW Arkansas, and SW Missouri, even KCMO, I tried the Denver Metro Area, only b (Blue or Red Outback Touring XT with Nappa Brown leather) in Oklahoma, NW Arkansas, and SW Missouri, even KCMO, I tried the Denver Metro Area, only because I could get a direct flight to Denver from Tulsa. As opposed to some OK, MO, and AR dealers, who called back days later (if at all), Flatirons got right back with me. Within a few hours I had a very attractive offer price from James Wells, their ecommerce salesperson. For a long distance purchase involving a vehicle in transit, booking a flight and a hotel, it could not have gone better or smoother. Everything up front, no surprises, excellent service, friendly/professional staff at every turn, in every department. I could go on, but suffice it to say if I would have known how easy it was going to be I would not have hesitated to buy new in the first place. Great communication from the git-go to the drive off. I don't often deliver effusive praise for companies, mainly because in this day and age I seldom receive service that deserves it. These folks are the exception. I saved a bunch, too, even after adding in my travel expenses. If you are thinking of buying from out of state (or local), give Flatirons a shout. It worked out well for me. More
