Not a good service center This dealer either does not have enough loaners on hand for service, gives you a dirty loaner or gives you a loaner from a lower brand. The customer service personnel at the service desk act as if they are annoyed by your presence (the reason they even have a job). The service people often lack the ability to realize the lack of logic with their explanations. Unacceptable for a “luxury” brand. More

Our experience with her has been outstanding so when I decided to lease another vehicle from Thompson it was a no-brainer to use Kerrie again. She is very knowledgeable about BMWs and is smart, pleasant to work with and thorough. We test drove a 530i xdrive and she demonstrated the technology and other features of this vehicle to me. It came down to leasing a M-B E series or the BMW. I selected the BMW primarily because of her. She is a great asset to your company and you are lucky to have her. More
