I went to this dealership looking for a 2024 Audi A4. I was actually anticipating going to Audi of North Miami however this dealership had a car and they were willing to work with me on the price. Upon being there, I spoke with the salesman Kerry Barnett over the phone. He was waiting for my arrival. Upon arrival, a different salesperson greeted me immediately as I got out of the car and gave me directions to where Kari was located. I explained to him my situation that I noticed that a car similar characteristics was at Audi of North Miami, and if you could help me with the price of the car, it would be greatly appreciated. A gentleman by the name of Jeremiah Gaetkens which also assisted me in getting the right pricing and settling the deal. All in all the atmosphere professionalism and attention to detail at this dealership was outstanding. I’ve only been here once before, and that was for a service situation with the previous Subaru, and even then they went above and beyond to help me out. Akbar Rashid assisted in the delivery and also information on Service and hospitality of the location which made this experience even better. I will definitely refer and also go back for anything in which that dealership can help me with. More

What can I say except incredible, I originally stopped in to Subaru of Pembroke Pines to I quite about a battery for a family members crosstrek. Kerry remembered that I had looked into the WRX TR when i sto to Subaru of Pembroke Pines to I quite about a battery for a family members crosstrek. Kerry remembered that I had looked into the WRX TR when i stopped in to say hello, he always asks about my family and their Subarus, we began to speak and catch up and he pointed out that they had a blue WRX TS in the show room and we talked about the updates and upgrades to the TS from previous models, I asked if they had white one available and that I would happily wait until one was available, Kerry stepped over to the general manager and the leasing section to Inquire if there were any white WRX TS's available. A quick search and a phone call and Andres stepped over saying there was one available at a partner dealer and made the call to have it brought over. A little bit more talking and the TS was on its way with pick up scheduled for Friday, we began the paperwork and I made a deposit, as we finished the paperwork a tow truck arrived, Kerry and Andress walked over to point out that I would be taking the TS home that night and I didn't have to wait. It was beyond exceptional and unbelievably awesome for them to go above and beyond for me to ensure I was going to receive service that was beyond comprehension let alone to be pleasantly surprised at the same day delivery. I could not be happier as I've been driving for about a week following the recommendation of proper engine break in procedures from the manual and the maintenance team. 400 miles and it handles likes it on rails in sport plus and relaxing on my drive home on comfort mode. I can't recommend Kerry and Subaru of Pembroke Pines enough, this is my fourth Subaru from them and I'll keep recommending them because they go above and beyond and it feels like family whenever I stop in for maintenance or just dropping by to say hello. More
