It's nice to go into a sales environment and not be treated like a SELL but as a PERSON. There was no tricks or tactics, just plain information and honesty. Kerry is an amazing person who will help you all he can. Dustin Bell was very pleasant to deal with also. No pressure, no smokescreens, again very upfront about the whole process and explained what I was signing and doing. Another really good person helping other people! I should have been made aware of some interior cosmetic issues that I found while cleaning it. Smelling oil now and I hope I don’t have issues later. I do blame myself for not taking it to a mechanic and not checking it inside and out more thoroughly, but I buy from big dealerships because of the trust factor that comes with their name being attached to the sale. I’ve had a prior excellent experience, so they still have my business, but it’s going to take a bit longer to sell me something next time. My sales person was probably not aware of some of these issues and I do not blame him. The decision to sale that particular vehicle probably wasn’t best for that dealership with such a high standard. I know, you get what you pay for, but you also have to know what your paying for. More
