His knowledge of the entire BMW line and my personal preferences and enthusiasm of BMWs has gone above and beyond to make my experience and purchase exceptional!! Kerry’s client service after the purchase and follow up is also very personal by checking in multiple times afterwards to make sure everything is going well and to address and questions or issues. Ensures that if I need support from the BMW technology expert team he arranges the appointment and addresses any service issues or concerns I my have after the purchase. BMW of Devon dealership was very attentive (thanks Frank Muto) and top-notch, even while undergoing a remodel. My client advisor, Kerry Simmons, was the nicest, friendliest, most honest, knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson I’ve ever had. He made car buying enjoyable, instead of feeling pressured and like I was just a sales quota. No fake personality with Kerry. And his post sales follow up was exceptional. Thank you!
