Regardless of the reason you come for service, they do a complimentary check up on your car. On occasion they have found things that I needed to be aware of, but they never pressured me to approve any extra work. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable with all types of seating. There is a food counter available along with complimentary beverages of all types. As a woman I feel both respected and comfortable visiting here. I can’t tell you how many places in the past where I sat in tiny crowed waiting areas the size of my walk in closet with only “Car and Driver”, “Popular Mechanics”, and a sports channel on TV to keep me company. I will probably buy another Honda in a few years both because I love my car and also because I’ve been spoiled to the service department here as well as the great waiting area. All of these things are very important to me. More
