The first dealership I actually ENJOY visiting!! 24 miles away & I still look forward to going to Honda of Ft. Worth. Twin Creeks Cafe is the big pull and the auto service is awesome & efficient. Great Honda Experience Honda of Fort Worth is a great dealership. This is my 6th car with them. I have had an Accord, two Odyssey's and now my third Pilot. I have wor Honda of Fort Worth is a great dealership. This is my 6th car with them. I have had an Accord, two Odyssey's and now my third Pilot. I have worked with Billy Pieratt and this time both with Billy and Richelle Curley. They both make the experience so easy. Let's face it we all hate haggling for a car. They do their best to get you the best price from the start so there is not all that back and forth. Makes life so much easier. On top of that they are just great people that are easy to talk to and take an interest in helping you make the best decisions. And I can't forget Kerry Stewart in service. I can't even count the amount of years he has been my service agent. It has always been him and he always has a smile and is ready to help. Love Honda of Fort Worth! More

Best in the area Customer service here is top notch. When I get ready to purchase my next Honda it will definitely be at Honda of Fort Worth. Cthulhu Eats the World I had a problem. My A/C went out. My service advisor was right there with out a doubt. He kicked the xxxxx of those gremlins who put my A/C down for I had a problem. My A/C went out. My service advisor was right there with out a doubt. He kicked the xxxxx of those gremlins who put my A/C down for the count. Oh, yes, Kerry, he's a giant that slew my prob and he was barely tryin'. So, thank the gods--even Loki the trickster-- fer sendin' me the best service advisor. Next time any o' ye have a problem just roll on into Kerry's port. It's the one that 'ill save ye from drowning. Finally, remember this last item. Tip yer hat to Mictlantecuhtli so your car does not unto the Underworld go. One final note: I brought my car in to be serviced and the kids who do the car wash banged my door. That was several months ago. Management NEVER contacted me nor has the damage been fixed. Upset about it, but it's in the plastic part so it can be repaired easily if they will just do it. More
