Exceptional service and personnel. I have never dealt with such a great team of employees. Willie greeted me and was genuinely eager to help--explained the functions of the Mazda Sport I have never dealt with such a great team of employees. Willie greeted me and was genuinely eager to help--explained the functions of the Mazda Sport 2 and kept cool when I accelerated the first time and almost put us in the showroom. I love the car and pickup and the smooth ride. The entire staff was fun and friendly. It was the nicest place to be for a usually painful process. Saved The Day, & Our surprise visit w/ Active Duty Army Son My car needed service. My son was coming to spend time with us on his newly acquired, Leave from the Army I was at UF HEALTH Cancer Center, and I tr My car needed service. My son was coming to spend time with us on his newly acquired, Leave from the Army I was at UF HEALTH Cancer Center, and I tried to arrange for someone from Sport to pick my car up, while I was in the Pulmonary Wellness Program. Kerwin said he'd be willing to do so, as long as the Service Manager, could fit me in on Wednesday or Friday. ( I was calling on Monday.) I drive into Orlando Monday, Wednesday, & Friday to go to UFHCC . knew the hospital campus, was close. But I tire easy, my husband works and I need some help to manage getting my car serviced. To say the lama agent of the Service Department was Indifferent to my situation was an understatement. . He actually told me, what I knew to be a 13 min. Drive to the Dealership, would take an hour and 15 mins. He was clueless, returned my call of Monday, on Wednesday. Then explained how he had a desk full of people ahead of me. I was so disappointed. I have had many Heath challenges that lead to me being put on oxygen 24/7. .my time to wait is limited by my oxygen supply AND my stamina. Then, I called Friday morning, and Rob said to ask for him. My prayers had been answered! By then my daughter had arrived, tired, but willing to help,, from Oahu The efficiency and expedience with which I was taken care of by Rib and the tech, was amazing. Even a recall item, I knew nothing about, was fixed! My only disappointment was, we couldn't get my car to make the mystery noise it has made, since the day I bought it. So many people have heard the noise, yet, as patient as the tech was, it just didn't happen while he was in the car. Don't you know it did, it, when I got back to The Villages? Not his fault, nor mine. We will be back again, and knowing what an easy process it is to get the car serviced will make it easier to do so. Not w if I could only build some stamina, and loose the oxygen. But the O2 is going to be a life long accessory, So I plan to call and ask for Rob, whenever I need my car serviced! Thank you Sports Mazda, for living up to your promise of being the best, far and wide. Now to relax and enjoy my Army son, in my Grand Touring CX5. . More

Number "9" Recently purchase a used car from Sports Mazda in South Orlando. This was the 9th car that me and or family has purchased transportation from this de Recently purchase a used car from Sports Mazda in South Orlando. This was the 9th car that me and or family has purchased transportation from this dealership and salesman Mr. Kerwin . This purchase was for my 18 year old grandson. AS you might know with the 9th purchase that these guys do it right. Very professional, all questions on our part answered. In and out in one day with another ride for my G/S. I can "Highly" recommend this dealership, and Kerwin for your next used or new car. They will treat you right, make you a great deal, and have you leaving with a smile on your face and hopefully with a car in your driveway or parking space. Honest and not pushy Kerwin was a fantastic salesperson. When we originally went to the dealership, he took the time to explain everything about the car my wife and I were Kerwin was a fantastic salesperson. When we originally went to the dealership, he took the time to explain everything about the car my wife and I were looking at. He was never pushy about making a sale and understood our situation. We came back within a few weeks to buy the car from him. Shane and Kerwin were very professional and we appreciate the time Kerwin spent explaining all the features of the car to make sure we understood how to use all of the new technology before we left the lot.
