Hello, I’m Kevin Banter Sales Consultant here at Germain Honda of Dublin. I began my automotive career in 1987 joining the Germain team in late 2016. Throughout the years I have received much training and certifications pertaining to the auto industry. My philosophy when it comes to working with our guests is to simply stop selling, I feel it is my job to just assist our customers in getting what they want and do all I can to make it happen for them. Born and raised in Ohio, I love the change of season. I graduated from High School in Lima and received my degree in Business from OSU. College brought me to the Columbus area in 1981. My wife Deborah and I have four children, Sarah, Sam, Sadie, and Sophia. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy vintage cars. My favorite vacation spot is the Pacific Northwest, I feel it is just a beautiful part of the world. My favorite Honda is the Civic, it’s a people car. A lot of first-time buyer’s go for the Civic.

The small things add up! I’ve been taking my Honda minivan to this service center for the past six years. And now three kids later I can tell you that they always think about I’ve been taking my Honda minivan to this service center for the past six years. And now three kids later I can tell you that they always think about the customer first. They have a nice kids play area if you choose to wait. And they have a complementary shuttle service thats awesome. The service center representatives have always been kind and on the ball keeping me informed of my vehicles progress. Thanks, Mike S. More

Told me a car was available and he would have available for me to drive upon arrival to the dealership only to find out that he sold it before we arrived at our agreed upon time. More

I was not intending to purchase a vehicle on my first day out shopping but I am very pleased with my experience with Kevin Bantner as my salesperson. I was not intending to purchase a vehicle on my first day out shopping but he made a deal I couldn't walk away from. He answered all my questions and gave great reassurance when I mistakenly thought there was a serious problem with the vehicle. More

No pressure tactics used and I was allowed to take my time and drive car by myself. All of my concerns were addressed with vehicle purchase. My expectations were exceeded with details and preparations. Ray Slagle, took the time to go over all of the features and ensure I understood how they worked. Very knowledgeable on car technology. Amazing Sales Staff (KB) This Guy (KB) Was Awesome... Wasn't Even Planning On Purchasing At That Time... He Was Real Down To Earth & Made Me Feel Comfortable... There Was Some Miscommunication Regarding The Financing However, I Gave The Financing Department Permission To Pull My Credit To Get The Best Rate,... Yhey Did NOT Explain To Me It Would Show Up As 6 Different Hard Pulls On My Credit... That Was Disappointing But Overall Outstanding Experience More

Great sales experience, poor finance follow through Had a great experience with Kevin Banter in used car sales. He was an authentic person, fought for the car that we wanted as well as 2 other families Had a great experience with Kevin Banter in used car sales. He was an authentic person, fought for the car that we wanted as well as 2 other families and he was able to get us the car. He entertained us with great stories while we waited for finance, late on a Saturday evening. Kevin was outstanding. The finance department however agreed to work on some things for my wife and I on the following Monday. We reached out through email and didn't hear anything. I called on Thursday and our financial rep didn't seem to remember, said he would open his email to check for our email, then his email wasn't loading and said he would call us back and didn't. My wife reached out this past weekend to the same individual for a question about finance. Again he said he would call Monday, it is now Thursday again with no response. More
