Great sales experience followed by poor after sale support. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield in January 2019. After completing the purchase, financing and registration paperwork I drove I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield in January 2019. After completing the purchase, financing and registration paperwork I drove off in my new to me car thinking everything was done. I am from Illinois, but the finance manager Jordon said it would no problem to transfer my Illinois license plates and title it in Illinois for me. It was not. In the end the dealership had to refund me the Illinois sales taxes they collected from me and I had to go to the Illinois DMV to navigate the plate transfer and titling process. My issues with the dealership is that they finance manager and titling manager NEVER returned any on my phone calls or messages when I had questions about what was going on with my registration. The titling manager literally just sent me a check in the mail for the Illinois sales tax they collected WITHOUT so much as an apology or advice on what I needed to do next to resolve the issue of them sending me home in an unregistered vehicle. The only response I recieved was from my salesman Kevin who gave me a glimpse into the fact that the finance manager had made a mistake with my registration. Kevin was responsive, but unfortunately not the person who help me with my problem. In fact, after over two weeks with no response, I ended up taking a half day off of work to drive the 90 minutes to the dealership to get someone to talk to me about the problem they created. I finally recieved an apology from the sales manager, however by this time, almost 4 weeks after buying the car, they said there was nothing they could do. I had to register the car in Illinois myself. Another finance manager did assist me with advice for navigating the registration process. Although the dealership did admit they made a mistake with the paperwork and not transfering my registration and titling the car in Illinois, they also said they could not now do the Illinois registration now because the title was already sent to the bank. The title manager just sent me a check and made it my problem to fix their mistake. In the end, it appears that I had to pay an extra $99 for a Wisconsin title that I did not need if an Illinois title had been applied for as requested. So my summary is beware! If I had not started making inquires about my registration I could still be driving around an unregistered car. If had been pulled over it would have been explaining the registration to the police. The sales side at Lexus of Brookfield was great, the support afterwards to correct a mistake THEY made was atrocious. They did not return any of my calls, they made it my problem, they provided ZERO assistance and advice until I drove the 90 minutes to the dealership. Enthusiasm is Contagious I visited Lexus of Brookfield to have my IS250 serviced one day in December 2018. Decided to visit the showroom to possibly consider what vehicle to I visited Lexus of Brookfield to have my IS250 serviced one day in December 2018. Decided to visit the showroom to possibly consider what vehicle to lease next. I decided I wanted a different, less sporty model. Kevin Bell was gracious enough to drive me over from the service center to the showroom and show me exactly what was available. His warm and friendly personality inspired me to consider a new ES 350. Kevin patiently reviewed various purchase/lease plans with me and did his very best to accommodate the price I was willing and able to spend. I was 100% satifisfied with the process and must admit that Kevin's enthusiam for Lexus in general and this car specifically was genuine and contagious. The delivery process of my new vehicle one week later was equally enjoyable. I have always been very well treated by the salespeople and other staff at this Lexus location. Red carpet treatment has made me a loyal customer. More

Best car dealership I’ve worked with I can not say enough good things about Lexus of Brookfield. This is the second Lexus we’ve bought through this dealership and by far our best experien I can not say enough good things about Lexus of Brookfield. This is the second Lexus we’ve bought through this dealership and by far our best experience. They are complete professionals and make car buying pleasant which is not always the case! The technology specialist, Wade is wonderful and does an excellent job teaching all the ins and outs of the new car. He also makes himself available long after the car purchase to answer any questions that arise. All and all I highly recommend Lexus of Brookfield as an excellent dealership to work with. More

There was very little pressure and it was obvious the focus was to provide an extraordinary buying expereince.
