Kevin Bertilacci was my sale rep and he went above and beyond to accommodate any request I had. Once I left the dealership, I had further questions and I never had to track him down. He was very accommodating, friendly and kind. This was a painless process for me as I went in on a Tuesday for an hour or so then went back in 2 days later and left with a beautiful Hybrid Camry that was very affordable. Great Dealership Experience Excellent experience on my first new Toyota purchase. I went into the situation knowing what I wanted for a new vehicle, and what I wanted for my tra Excellent experience on my first new Toyota purchase. I went into the situation knowing what I wanted for a new vehicle, and what I wanted for my trade. I found 2 matching vehicles local to me, and gave Toyota of Boardman the first shot and making the deal and they came through. The purchasing experience was pleasant, and all interactions were friendly. Kevin made sure to answer all of our questions about the new vehicle, and took quite a bit of time and care to make sure we knew the features of our new car. Going through the information in Finance with Erica was more helpful than other financial experiences I've had in the past, and she made sure to explain the whole process in terms that were easily understood. After purchase, we had to return for some service as part of our deal, and Jessica was very helpful in setting all of that up for me, and ensuring that I would have a vehicle to drive while my new Toyota was there. The experience I had in the past week with this dealership is 100x better than the experience I had for the entire past 2 years with my old vehicle. I would recommend visiting Toyota of Boardman for your next Toyota purchase. More
