Exceptional! This is our second purchase from this dealership. We were so happy with our first Toyota (a RAV4) that we decided to get a Tundra. We don't mind the half-hour drive to Toyota of Boardman because of the exceptional customer service they provide! Found a vehicle we were interested in online. We live about 1 1/2 hours away, so everything was discussed before online with Kevin Sikora. Easy to deal with, extremely friendly. He had the car ready wh about 1 1/2 hours away, so everything was discussed before online with Kevin Sikora. Easy to deal with, extremely friendly. He had the car ready when we could go and look at it and test drive it. He was not in but Kevin Bertilacci was expecting us. Purchased, completed and out in a great time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

This was by far the best experience ever!!! I walked in the door and the first thing I felt was peace!! They greeted me with a smile and everyone that walked passed was just as friendly and took a moment t the door and the first thing I felt was peace!! They greeted me with a smile and everyone that walked passed was just as friendly and took a moment to say hello!! Kevin Sikora was prompt with his delivery. Before he asked any questions he allowed me to test drive the car then we discussed business. This is something I have never experienced at any other dealer. He made me feel like I already owned the car!! Jessica greeted me with a smile and assisted Kevin Bertilcalli, who was just as friendly and polite with getting the car ready and prepped for me to drive home. I loved the atmosphere!!! I would recommend Toyota of Boardman a thousand times over!!!! Thanks Doug for providing me with options to get a lender and Thank you Rich for finalizing the paperwork portion!!! More

I had a great experience with the purchase of my car. Kevin was very laid back, low pressure and very friendly. I was in a little bit of a rush, so he made sure all the paperwork got handled quickly. I've never had as nice of an experience purchasing a car as I did with the staff at Toyota of Boardman. Friendly, no-pressure, easy conversations, quick responses to emails, all questions answered & sm car as I did with the staff at Toyota of Boardman. I have always bought Chevy's and this was my first time dealing with Toyota, which I KNOW will not be my last!!! I consider this the BEST experience I have EVER had purchasing a car!!
