My wife was looking for an Audi and we decided to go to Riverside Audi. We met with Romen Artalejo, who was very easy going and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He made us feel like he wasn’t Riverside Audi. We met with Romen Artalejo, who was very easy going and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He made us feel like he wasn’t concerned with “making the deal” but rather; what was the best car for my wife. He was transparent, and a true professional. We met with the manager, “Kevin” who again, was truly a pleasure to deal with. He was fair on the trade in price of the vehicle we brought in and you could tell that he and Romen work well together. Once we found a car, we met with AJ in finance. Again, he wasn’t pushy about the warranty packages but rather, what would be best for us. The whole experience from beginning to end was positive and I truly appreciated being treated with respect, kindness and dignity. It was a pleasure working with everyone involved! More

Our Salesman Blake Lewis was quick to sell us the car, but apparently that was all he was concerned about. We were missing a key, and he said he would call me Monday with an update. I waited 2 weeks befor but apparently that was all he was concerned about. We were missing a key, and he said he would call me Monday with an update. He did send me a text asking for a referral and or a good yelp review, so I know he was listening that day at Car Sales 101. The rest of the management team wasn't any better. Sales GM Kevin gave me some song and dance about how he would mail it to me that day, but come to find out, he didn't even have the key. What a joke. More

My partner and have done multiple deals throughout the years with many dealerships, this time we were looking into an Audi at this dealership and we were very disappointed with the service we got. Not only they tried to scam us with a LoJack device charge of $1500 added to the original price of $53500 that wasn’t advertised, the level of customer service is deplorable, definitely not a high end car business. From the lack of knowledge that the sales man showed to the very unprofessional and rude behavior of the so called “sales manager” Kevin B, who kept speaking over my partner and getting loud, we also asked to speak to GM John Scholz days ago and no one has followed up. A $60k deal lost for horrible customer service and unprofessional behavior. We took the day off to drive to California from Phx from our really busy schedule, but General Sales manager just decided to be rude and unprofessional so we decided not to. Stay away! There’s many other far better dealerships in the LA area. More
