I'm rather upset because the 1 of the 2 remotes sold with vehicle didn't work. And wouldn't program them because a Chevy and not Toyota. Went to Chevy dealer to have done and the one remote wasn't even for m vehicle didn't work. And wouldn't program them because a Chevy and not Toyota. Went to Chevy dealer to have done and the one remote wasn't even for my vehicle. So I had to purchase the correct remote and have it programmed. This expense should have been covered with vehicle purchase. I agreed to having 2 working remotes and I didn't not get that. It cost me $360 to get a remote for my vehicle and was told by your dealership since it not a Chevy you are not reliable. That is bullcrap. I was suppose to have 2 remotes. I signed the paper saying had 2 working remotes!!! Will not recommend anyone buying a vehicle there ever!! More

We we’re in the dealership 5 1/2 hours to buy a brand new car, no financing and no trade. We were not happy about the amount of time it took. We had a great experience buying our newest Toyota through Corwin. After searching for the color and trim we wanted we were able to put a deposit down on a Sienna with Corwin that was soon to be buil through Corwin. After searching for the color and trim we wanted we were able to put a deposit down on a Sienna with Corwin that was soon to be built and shipped. Their website showed accurately what they had coming in unlike many other dealer sites I had been looking at across a few different states. We were able to check in for regular updates on the build and shipping process and got information back in a timely manner from our salesman Bill. Once the Sienna arrived at the dealership, we were notified right away from Bill, and he made the rest of the process easy. Nigel and Jamie in the finance Dept. were great to work with to complete the purchase. More
