Logan was great, he very respectful in our dealings while we worked together to purchase my tundra. The finance people were also good to work with, I usually don’t purchase extended warranties , but they wor we worked together to purchase my tundra. I visited with Madison several times via text letting her know what I was looking for. When I was ready, I came in to the dealership and met with her. We went over a couple options, then Kevin came over and know what I was looking for. When I was ready, I came in to the dealership and met with her. We went over a couple options, then Kevin came over and together the 3 of us signed a deal that fit my needs. I anxiously waited for my car to be shipped to Corwin in Bellevue, and when Madison notified me that it was in, I hopped in my old Camry and headed to Bellevue and picked up my new Corolla!!! The wait was over, I got exactly what I wanted sight unseen and I couldn't be happier. My new girl is more gorgeous then I imagined. We signed all the paperwork, then Madison took me out to the lot and introduced us. She went over a few things, inside the car and took my lovely photo! My new car and I rode off into the night lights and we're going to live happily ever after! Thanks Madison! More

Started the paperwork process at 6:30pm, was told it would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED!!!! Management needs to get their poop in a group and either hire more people to efficiency process people or reschedule meetings. Ridiculous. Staff wasn't even surprised, stated it was a normal event. Terrible. More
