Started the paperwork process at 6:30pm, was told it would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED!!!! Management needs to get their poop in a group and either hire more people to efficiency process people or reschedule meetings. Ridiculous. Staff wasn't even surprised, stated it was a normal event. Terrible. More

Their communication amongst themselves and with me could use significant improvement. Also, ensuring they have (and enter into the system) the correct contact information is imperative.
