Previous trips to the service department were good, occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. Last visit took over 4 hours to install new tires, alignment, oil change, bulb replacemen occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. The service misplaced one of hub caps, left one of the replaced wipers on the window. Not sure they can justify the high hourly rates charged. My vehicle was purchased new at the dealership so I would have expected a little better service than this last trip. More

I had to have my 2019 RAV4 jump started by AAA after my car sat in the driveway unused for 3 weeks during a cold snap. I was pleased that Westboro Toyota could see me the same day to check out the battery car sat in the driveway unused for 3 weeks during a cold snap.
