Overall, the build and purchase of the Ford Maverick was smooth, and all the employees involved were very friendly. It was also nice to get a discount. Kevin was outstanding and very professional. Follow up was excellent. Not a high pressure typical car salesman. You should also re evaluate your Car fax accepting a quote and matching that for trades. I presented a Carnac quote with the ciode yet we negotiated your value verses Carmax. I usually have pretty good relationships with dealerships and Fritts was no exception. I explained to Kevin exactly what I was looking for and what type of financing and he took my pre-approved from Cap One and Fritts was no exception. I explained to Kevin exactly what I was looking for and what type of financing and he took my pre-approved from Cap One and found a much better rate. Pricing was fair as was the negotiation.
