The service overall went smoothly, very quick, efficient, and helpful. We appreciate that we were able to be dropped off & picked up at the nearby Hingham mall while we wait. The only criticism would be that for one maintenance visit, a part of the service was not 100% completed, even though the receipt/review sheets stated otherwise. It’s very easy to make appointments;the hours are so convenient..usually I get driven to the shopping Center to pass the time, but today I was there for a little over an hour., so I sat and read.
