The entire experience at Jerry Ulm was excellent and made purchasing a new Jeep a great experience. Kevin Costello was outstanding in all ways. He was well informed in the vehicle we wanted and quickly and purchasing a new Jeep a great experience. Kevin Costello was outstanding in all ways. He was well informed in the vehicle we wanted and quickly and efficiently found that vehicle. He was engaged with us the entire time and kept us fully informed of what was going on. He clearly explained all of the features and accessories of the car and made sure we were comfortable in the operation of all of them. He stayed with us throughout the entire process and once we went to the financial officer things went just as smoothly there. I cannot say enough about the dealership- it is immaculate. Everyone you encounter is friendly and cooperative. It made the car buying experience a pleasure. It all started with CJ Evans and then to Kevin Costello to the finance officer.
