Second Time Around I must comment. I purchased a used 2013 Kia Soul in 2014. I crashed my car in late September this year. My sales rep in 2014 had shown a great deal of I must comment. I purchased a used 2013 Kia Soul in 2014. I crashed my car in late September this year. My sales rep in 2014 had shown a great deal of patience and consideration with me and I was a bit saddened to find he is no longer at Royal Kia. Tom Rice, however, was just as tremendous! I already had a vehicle in line to purchase at another dealership, I had my heart set on a truck or 6 cylinder SUV, but felt I owed a visit to Royal Kia to see if any trucks were on the lot. I set up a time with Tom and his attentive but no pressure sales skills calmed me. As he was retrieving the Nissan Frontier on your lot for a test drive, I noticed the 2017 Kia Soul at my side. I thought, the Soul was a great car, - in fact the only service calls were routine maintenance and a battery. The Royal Kia service group is courteous and direct - and the visits to the dealership were always a pleasant experience. After discussing further with Tom about my needs, I decided the 2017 Soul was my best option. I left more satisfied and loyal a customer than when I came in. My financing terms were unbelievably great, but more importantly I feel part of the Royal Kia family and foresee the dealership to be my only dealership for my auto purchases. More

I drove it up all the hills I have to conquer on a daily basis and with the air conditioning on it had the power and felt wonderful. I told her that I wanted that car and did not need to look further. I got a 2017 Kia Forte. I picked it up this morning and was presented with a dozen red roses and Terra took my pic of me and my new ride. She put on my license plate and even cleaned my outside mirrors for me. I also want to thank Kevin Cravo, Craig Weitman and Jennifer for their parts in helping me get a beautiful new car to enjoy in this Tucson heat. I also have to thank Scott Maher, my service advisor, who called to congratulate me and to ask me about the tint I wanted on the windows. He is always so thorough. Terra goes the extra mile and is so pleasant and easy to get along with that the almost five hours I spent at the dealership this past Saturday just flew by. This was my best car buying experience. I am on my third Kia from Royal Kia. My first two was the Rio. I love the Forte. Again a big thank you to everyone. Keep up the excellent work. More

The eight passenger Sedona that was on the lot was sold, but Brandon and one of his managers went to work for us very quickly. They found an eight passenger, low mileage, 2015 Kia Sedona in Texas, bought it, and had it shipped! It was truly a royal experience, Brandon treated us like royalty! We are so happy with this silver beauty that will fit our family of five still at home, plus some of their friends or our grandkids. It was a wonderful experience and I can honestly say that Brandon went above the call of duty. He even filled the gas tank before we drove it away on top of every other amazing eye to detail to making us very happy customers! The entire staff seemed kind and attentive.
