Salesman and finance were great, and that’s where the good part ended. Price online was not honored, did not show us trouble code associated with check engine light (code given verbally was incorrect- co good part ended. When we informed them the next day of correct code, we were told “it’s covered under the factory warranty”. No apology, no recommendations, no offer to set up a repair appointment. Set up our own appointment, only to be told that the factory warranty had expired (they lied about the date of expiration), and the aftermarket warranty that they sold us didn’t start for 30 days. So now we’re gonna have to pay for all the repairs ourselves. Total garbage. AND we just found out that the DPF system had been deleted, and they told us that it hadn’t. So they lied to us on that too. More
