Excellent service We went for an oil change on our 2014 Kia Sorento and left with a new 2019 Kia Sorento. We are truly happy. I like the fact that once Kevin found out I had purchased from Danbury Kia previously he asked who I had worked with and referred us back to Jeff Sousou. Kevin first asked if I had any objections to working again with Jeff to which I stated no. Everyone on site was friendly and courteous. More

I found a car that i really liked online. The car is great and a bargain but the customer service was awful. It took me 5 hours to buy a car i payed for in cash, after i had already called to say i was great and a bargain but the customer service was awful. It took me 5 hours to buy a car i payed for in cash, after i had already called to say i was coming to buy it. The fees and rates are horrible, and the car price doubled. The car salesmen lied about certain fees that couldnt be removed in order to have a higher sale. I was disappointed because this was my first time buying a car without a male presence. And i could easily tell that they were taking advantage. I’d have gone to a different dealer if i wasnt in such a need for car which is what they prey on. My overall experience was very bad and i will not be going back there. I love my car though. More

Awesome experience at Kia of Danbury Kevin Davis at Kia of Danbury is as straight forward as they get in car sales. He got me the vehicle I needed, Kia Telluride S with bucket seats, as Kevin Davis at Kia of Danbury is as straight forward as they get in car sales. He got me the vehicle I needed, Kia Telluride S with bucket seats, as soon as it arrived I got a message from him, I showed up the next day and we closed the deal. They even took our 2008 Ford Taurus X with 248,000 miles in on trade. Thanks Kevin! More
