We purchased a vehicle in March. 4 months and 8000 miles later the vehicles engine failed. Because we didn't do an oil change between 5000 and 7500 miles the warranty that they sold 4 months and 8000 miles later the vehicles engine failed. Because we didn't do an oil change between 5000 and 7500 miles the warranty that they sold use without our knowledge, they simply said it came with a power train warranty, won't cover the replacement engine. The best that they can do is $7000 or $8000 dollars for the replacement. This is the most disappointing experience we have ever had. More

Hi my name is Robbie and I was in the mindset of buying a used truck to get a low monthly payment. I went too a few dealerships and found a used truck I loved, for a 1000 a month with 5000 down, I was mind b used truck to get a low monthly payment. So after looking for used trucks my wife and mother Inlaw said why not look into a new truck. So at this moment in my mind I have purchased so many trucks from y'all. So I said we need to go to Rothrock. We then drove to the dealership to look at ram trucks due to me always being a dodge/ram fan. My wife and mother Inlaw said why not look into the Titan. And they drove over to the Titan trucks. We parked, got out and looked at the trucks. I saw the Nissan Titan pro 4x and fell in love. But I am a dodge fan. As I am looking at the truck Garrett gouger came up to us and said hi do you like the truck, I said yes I do but was a little high in price for me at the moment. He said we can do some offers for you and get you into the truck if you want it. We said ok, but let us look at the rams due to me being a ram fan. So we went over and looked at probably about 12 different trucks. Found two I liked, but out of all the time it took to look at all the rams not a single employee came out to assist us. So I said to my wife and mother Inlaw, I love the ram spyder , the auto addition, and the ram rebel but not a single sales person came out to help us. So I was a really really disappointed due to always being a ram fan. So at that point I decided to not go with a ram truck and switch to the Titan pro 4x. The sales guy we had Garrett was amazing and took care of everything we needed and we're looking for. As a Nissan sales guy who also drive the same truck was able to go over the truck with a fine tooth pick. Great great job Garrett. After getting this truck I definitely know I made a great choice. Sorry for ram Was interested in a few of the trucks. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. Nissan Titan pro 4x it is. Yeah buddy. Thank you so so so much Garrett Gouger. Y'all need too make sure Garrett stays with y'all.
