Bought a 2018 escape that was supposed to have a 171 pt inspection done. It was a lemon. Returned 2 days later. Told I couldn’t get my truck I traded in back and cancel the contract. Had to buy something e inspection done. It was a lemon. Returned 2 days later. Told I couldn’t get my truck I traded in back and cancel the contract. Had to buy something else. Got a 2020 escape. With more miles and $4000more dollars ! It was supposed to have had the hood latch fixed but didn’t. It’s in contract they fix and I have dropped it off twice and the mechanic says he can’t fix it. So I guess I have to take it to ford and hopefully auto man will stand behind it and reimburse me. Haven’t had any luck with management calling me back or returning text! I seen my truck on their lot after I bought the 2 nd escape so they lied about that o am guessing so they could upsell me instead of losing a sale. Also had to pay a restocking fee for the 2018 lemon they sold me. It’s been the worst experience I ever had and I’m 57years old. More
