I friend had told me about the dealership which made me want to check it out. The energy and vibe in there made me feel really comfortable. Sales experience was good. Kevin the sales associate was friendly and professional during the process. I am owed bodywork on my truck by dealer. Have not received call from body shop to set up date and time to bring the truck in. Purchased truck on 8/12/25 and have not heard anything from body shop as of 8/29/25. Have tried calling Kevin the sales associate I worked with repeatedly to inquire about the body shop. Left multiple messages and have not received a call back. Tried calling Austin the sales manager, since I haven’t heard from Kevin, multiple times and no answer or call back either time. I would like to give them a higher rating but until they come through on their end of our agreement I cannot at this time. More
