We called in the morning before the dealership was open expressing an interest in a mini van. They called us immediately after they opened. We set up an appointment for later in the day. I just want to take the time to thank STAN, Matt, and Rodney all for their help making this car purchasing experience a great one. I came in just looking to inquire pricing and packages to get out of my Rodney all for their help making this car purchasing experience a great one. I came in just looking to inquire pricing and packages to get out of my 2012 Dodge Charger, immediately when I walked through the door I was greeted with an eager sence of trying to help by STAN. I initially being through this process before with my wife saw that it was a busy day and I hoped we didnt draw the short straw by him being the last rep available to help, reluctantly I proceeded to let him help us out and see if he could help us along this search for our next vehicle. This experience reinforced for me that you should never judge a book by its cover. Because STAN was a wealth of knowledge, explained things in simple terms and made the whole experience relateable by sharing personal experiences and opinions on what would work out best for myself and my family. I couldnt have used a magic lamp to wish a better overall experience. From treatment, information, flexibility, knowledge, and just an overall level of care that is lacking in todays car buying experience from what I have seen in other places. Due to the above and beyond service that I received from SILKO HONDA and STAN and associates, I am a believer and will be recommending this olace to all my friends and coworkers and anyone who asks do I know a good place to buy a car. Keep up the good work guys and keep doing what your doing anyone can sell a car, it takes real professionals to sell the experience! Thanks for my new ride I love it!
