Scott was with another customer when I arrived so Kevin showed me the XTS and we talked about the features of the car. Kevin and Scott are the consummate gentlemen and not once did they pressure me to purchase. Scott and I discussed fair trade for the vehicle I was trading in, and just like that the deal was done. Also, Dave in finance was just the same - professional and personable. Dave took the time to explain all the "add-ons" and what might benefit me.
