I had to come back the next day and dealt with Luis. Good guy - filling in for Tom and knew where Tom and I left off. I also had the pleasure of working with Hunter on the tech side of the vehicle. Hunter knew his stuff and was patient and courteous. Sounds like the entire team is all on the same page in putting the customer first. In addition, the facility is always well maintained. To get this kind of culture, it has to start at the top - and John Nelson is the man! I have seen John over the years, and he has always asked if I am being taken care of, has always had a smile and has always thanked me for visiting them.
