He is courteous and patient (explaining electronic controls!) and also has a very professional manner and appearance. I appreciated fast work in getting numbers during our negotiations, without that ridiculous back and forth that is common with so many other dealers. I also want to put in a good word for Steven and Jazz(?) who were patient and helpful when I visited before Kevin's working hours. It looks like quality staff is the norm here. I've had my new SUV almost two months and I'm very happy with it. More
