They took great care of my car - always do! They were very understanding especially in these uncertain times. My car is a Certified Pre-owned XC90 and so my visit was covered, the service team made sur very understanding especially in these uncertain times. I am so pleased and thankful for this dealership. I moved to Marietta last June and you have taken very good care of my Volvo needs. I am at present in lockdown because of the virus and my car battery died s to Marietta last June and you have taken very good care of my Volvo needs. I am at present in lockdown because of the virus and my car battery died so I called Volvo. Within an hour they had sent service man Jason to bring me a loaner car and took my car to dealership. When my car was ready Jason returned it and picked up the beautiful loaner car. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and also my Service Advisor, Kevin Greening. Kevin has always taken care of my auto needs and is so courteous. I told my friends that I will always drive Volvo because of the great service personnel....also great cars. Just not happy how my car feel as they did an service, mentioned it and got told it was normal. My car was not washed after the service either. So unprofessional.
