Service writer Kevin is a super star. This is the second time that he has taken care of my car servicing. 15+ years I've been coming to Findlay, and the service is always top notch. I don't have to worry about seeing the same Service Dept. Rep, as there has been a consistency with communication, recommendations always top notch. I don't have to worry about seeing the same Service Dept. Rep, as there has been a consistency with communication, recommendations, and support. I've gotten into the habit of staying at Findlay while my vehicle(s) are being serviced, as I know the turnaround is relatively short. No complaints. This time around I worked with Kevin, and like other Team members at Findlay, I was treated with kindness, respect, and like I belonged there. I've been in Vegas for over 20 years and have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Findlay. I've no reason not to continue doing so. Side note - I love the use of the i-pads. I can appreciate the tech behind it, but honestly love being able to "see" what is being discussed regarding recommended services. I know enough about vehicles to know I don't know anything, but the contextual images in relation to what my car needs is brilliant. Yeah, it's like a doctor pointing out things on an x-ray, but that's the whole point. Great add to the already high quality of your service team. More

Estimated time of delivery was way longer than expected. Weird thing when a ride home is accepted, I get called back way earlier but when waiting for my vehicle, almost double the wait time.
