I have always had great service but this time it took three hours to get your tires put on my car and align. That is unacceptable and should never take that long. I arrived on time for 1:15pm appointment on Aug. 19 for the Green Service. After waiting for 1hr30 mins I texted the agent Kevin who managed my service. About 20 mins later, he called me my car is re 19 for the Green Service. After waiting for 1hr30 mins I texted the agent Kevin who managed my service. About 20 mins later, he called me my car is ready. On my way back home, I found my old service label is still on my window without the new service label. This makes me not very happy. Paying $119 for the green service,, the technician didn't even get me a new service label to reminder me for the next service time. I do hope the technician did the other service (those invisible to me) for my car. More

I arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday evening with my ac blowing hot, hybrid failure message, ruptured fuel pump and other error messages. My Venza was taken in right away and my service advisor (Kevin) cal blowing hot, hybrid failure message, ruptured fuel pump and other error messages. My Venza was taken in right away and my service advisor (Kevin) called an Uber to take me home (free of charge). The following day I provided my extended warranty info and all repairs were completed the same day. Very good experience! Kevin was awesome to work with. More

The service was great, as was the tire person who came and spoke to us. What is annoying is when sales people who I have no history with start contacting me because they want me to trade my Tundra. Kevin was great. It took much longer than expected but the lounge area is comfy and enough snacks to keep me occupied. Although I was getting restless. I just wish It took much longer than expected but the lounge area is comfy and enough snacks to keep me occupied. Although I was getting restless. I just wish that the service techs wouldn't mess with some of my settings, like lights, radio, different modes, parking break, mirror etc. More
