Wonderful experience during and after the sale We went to Rusty Wallis Honda looking for a first car for my son. It was new years eve and saw online they had a 2013 Civic Coupe. I also saw from the online reviews that they provided a good buyer experience. I called and talk to Kevin in pre-owned sales to let them know we were coming to look at it. We made the drive from Euless and Kevin was very courteous and helpful. My son took the car for a drive and that was the car for him. We got the car for the online price and the paperwork went smooth. Kevin took us to the finance person (I can't remember his name) but the customer service continued there. He provided us a good finance rate and explained everything clearly. The whole process from arrival to sale took about an hour and a half. About a month later, the battery on the car died. I called back Kevin and they were able to get him a new batter free of charge. Great experience and well worth the drive! More

Could tell from the very beginning that he wanted to help us out in any way that he could and get us into what wanted. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions that me and my wife had throughout the whole process to make sure we understood everything. Kevin Harper is very good at what he does and does it in a manner that does not make you feel pressured or rushed. In the end Kevin worked hard for us and was able to help us work out a deal that fit our needs and budget and we were able to leave in our new HR-V. The whole process was great and would suggest this place to anyone and to work with Kevin Harper in particular. More

I immediately was greeted by Kevin Harper who began to assist me in my search. I really wanted an SUV, and kept my options open. We started off with two vehicles that I had come to the lot in search for, and though I was not approved for either of them, I still ended up driving off the lot in a lovely vehicle. Behind they scenes they made sure to find me something similar to what I was looking for, as well as something affordable. Kevin Harper was extremely helpful in helping me find a car, and I'm very pleased with my new 2014 Honda CRV. :) More

I spotted a certified 2014 Honda Accord EX-L, fully loaded, very low mileage and immaculate condition. I called the dealership to inquire and was told by Lauren that I would be contacted by the salesman Kevin Harper. Mr. Harper called shortly and we made an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived we met Kevin, who was very friendly,, the car buying anxiety disappeared. After a nice test drive, we went in the office to work out an agreement. Kevin was very professional. He listened and answered all our quetions and showed a genuine interest in meeting our desire as well as those of the dealership.A deal was made.We then went to the business office where we met John Haddock, business manager,who too was very nice, he had all papers ready to be signed.and 10 minutes later we had the keys and was driving home. I would highly reccomend Rusty Wallis Honda to anyone wanting to buy a car. A special thanks to both Kevin and John for making this my most pleasant car buying ex- perience ever.
