I haven't had to buy a car in 11 years, bought 6 previously, the last two being Honda's, and every time it was very overwhelming, with a lot of sales pressure, a lot of hassle, and VERY time consum previously, the last two being Honda's, and every time it was very overwhelming, with a lot of sales pressure, a lot of hassle, and VERY time consuming to purchase a vehicle. I was in no way excited to go through such a process for another car. But I am a single Mom now, and needed a new car, and with my newborn, did not have a lot of time to go through such a process. That was NOT the case this time. I met SUSANNA YIM, Internet Sales Consultant at Norm Reeves Honda. She was kind and diligent from the moment I met her. She followed through at every turn. She was kind, sweet, and easy to talk to, like I already knew her. I had chosen a car I wanted on their website, and couldn't get into the dealer for a few days, but she followed through, without being pushy, as if she was saving the car I wanted just for ME. I finally made it to the dealer, and she was there, prepped and ready to go. Explained all the benefits of my car, showed me how to use all them, and made me feel like a QUEEN getting the car. She went above and beyond in my opinion, as she made sure I was comfortable and informed of everything along the way. I have to say, SUSANNA YIM made my car buying experience feel so comfortable and ease. She was very patient with ALL my questions and had an answer for everything, which tells me she was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling me. She is a "Gold Master" at her job, as she rightfully deserves! I was in and out In a couple hours, NOT all day, like it normally takes, such a "breathe of fresh air!" I would and will recommend SUSANNA YIM to anyone I know who wants to buy a vehicle. She was amazing and compassionate , and accommodating, all the way through, from the moment I sent an email to her to the moment she brought me my car. And, afterwards she has contacted me a couple times, to make sure I was still satisfied, and she was there for any questions I may have, and again, I did, and again, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have to say, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience in 7 car purchases now...THANK YOU SUSANNA YIM! Not for only doing your job well, but you obviously like your job to do such amazing work with your customers. I will NOT forget you...as Ill need another car again, and YOU will be who I will be going to...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
