i dont like what happened Last year We took our civic in for a service and were told we needed a new battery , it was a month old. My son had work done a week ago at an Iowa Honda dealer and the battery tested "good"Took it to Valley honda yeterday they said I needed a new one as it tested bad! Battery still less than a year old and not the slightest indication that it is failing. We have had the same thing happen at the Hyundai dealership next door! Not happy at all! More

He listens and succeeds at making a huge purchase very comforting. No hard sell, always remembers the kids names and asks about them. He is a pleasure to have as our salesman and always ask for him. We only stopped in just to look at the 2017 Pilot and left with a new minivan. I have been driving an Odyssey since my first in 2000. The fourth Odyssey now sits in my driveway. More
