They of course did try to sell me additional services and options, some of which I did agree to. But they were not pushy about it. Just gentle nudging and backed off when I said I did not want a particular service or option. More

They treat you like family and are always willing to go the extra yard to make sure your needs and requirements are met without that typical forceful sales strategy used by other dealerships. Negotiations are in fact negotiations and you get a say in the deal and are not treated like a second class citizen during the closing process. All of the staff are top notch and the dealership is a great facility; clean, modern, comfortable, with lots of great amenities. I could go on and on but for me, it’s the absolute best dealership and the buying process from start to finish is easy and fair and that’s why I always come back to Valley Honda! More
