Great Service Had to take my 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDI in to have the NAV updated. Apparently most VWs can update NAV from home but not this particular unit. After explaining this the service team did a great job in updating everything and I was out of there in about 2.5 hours. Nice waiting area with coffee and water available, as well as charging station for phones. Although there wasn’t a lightning connector for my iPhone I can at least appreciate the fact that there is something there. If we weren’t moving away I would take my car back for service without a doubt. More
