Unpleasant I was scheduled with a new adviser for the recent service. No ill feeling, and in fact the new adviser rendered good customer services but I was not c I was scheduled with a new adviser for the recent service. No ill feeling, and in fact the new adviser rendered good customer services but I was not comfortable working with someone whom I am not familiar with. The car services seemed fine, but when I got back my car on Wednesday I found the odometer was reset to zero. Why? Yesterday when I brought my car to fill up, I found the rubber strap that links the cap to the gas tank was broken. Why? Why did you access the gas tank when I did not complain of any problem with it. You damaged my car while repairing it. This past experience was unpleasant and unsatisfactory. However, I want to express my appreciation to Keven for being an excellent adviser in the previous years. More
