Ken made my decision easy to swing by for an issue I had priorly diagnosed & repaired twice in the past two months, yet the infamous 'check engine' light reared up (in commute traffic to boot!) after EACH previous repair. Kevin was gracious, and with patience, listened to my concerns, quoted me the shops standard rate for a FULL diagnostic test which, I felt, was reasonable to say the (very) least. I too was able to make an early a.m. appointment and also entertain a shuttle ride to work after check in. Sold. The same issue sprang up, issue repaired, warranty issue, NO CHARGE! Result: so far, so good. Nice. My plan is to continue to have my sassy lass serviced at Dirito Brothers due to both Kevin's and the assigned technicians assistance.
