When I finally did get a reply, it wasn’t about my concern at all, it was just about filling out this survey. My original question was completely ignored. Well, here's the survey he asked for. I'd give him zero star if I could. This lack of communication and failure to address a direct safety related concern of a car is unacceptable. When customers ask about potential damage to their vehicle, they deserve a timely and relevant answer, even a few words will do, not silence followed by a generic survey request. More
