Thus we have been servicing it at Hansel VW in Santa Rosa for the last 3 years. Time and time again, we encountered issues with Hansel and never felt the degree of honesty that we needed. Finally we just walked out of Hansel on Monday morning and called Dirito. Immediately we received amazing information, servicing options, appointments, with call backs with answers to our questions. Also they gave us a loaner car for 2 days. Upon asking about add blue, they even went back and re-checked the add blue for me. Now this is how service should be and I will drive the 1 1/2 hours each time to have this amazing experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More
