Kevin Hubert was great service not so The oil change and headlight replacement was completed in a timely matter as promised by Kevin Hubert, but the service tech who replaced the headlight The oil change and headlight replacement was completed in a timely matter as promised by Kevin Hubert, but the service tech who replaced the headlight bulb left the black cap that seals the back of headlight in the windshield wiper well. The day after the service was performed (Tuesday) was a rainy day. I started the car and when I turned the wiper on I heard a loud thump. After I got out of the car to investigate I found the cap. Forturantly it was raining; otherwise I might have lost the cap once I brought the car up to speed on the freeway. My car has been in the Dirito Brothers Dealership many times and this is the first time that the service has been below a 5 star rating. More
