The customer service was excellent and friendly from start to finish. From the time I initially called and explained the issue to Kevin in the shop -- who knew exactly which part on my VW Atlas Cross Sp start to finish. From the time I initially called and explained the issue to Kevin in the shop -- who knew exactly which part on my VW Atlas Cross Sport needed to get replaced under warrantee -- to the email confirmation of my appointment, to the Lyft rides they provided me to and from work so I had the Cross Sport back same day. Highly recommend this place. More
