Lied to and car has issue I went to them for a car for my son. They came out with the first paper when negotiating. On there it said car $8,000 and $500 for some warranty thing I went to them for a car for my son. They came out with the first paper when negotiating. On there it said car $8,000 and $500 for some warranty thing for body chips. Told them no for the $500 body warranty that I would pay $8 k only. Well being a huge dealership I just signed paperwork. I later realize they didn’t take $500 off. I called and was called a lier. Stating they had proof of taking $500 off. Which they did not. I would of never settled for $8500 when blue book value of car was $8,000 with 20 k less miles. Then we take car with all these promises of complete inspections. The vehicles transmission slips when you have to brake suddenly. And now they cant get to the car for a week. I have fallen in love with Nissan as I have the pathfinder Platinum and my husband was going to go back to get himself a titan next year. And I always get a new car ever three years. They could of had a life customer with us. Now I won’t even recommend let alone buy from them. More

Great, quick buying experience! I’ve been looking for used Jeeps for a little while and tried a few other dealerships, but they weren’t taking me seriously. I saw a used one online at Gunn and inquired on Sunday night, asking for my previous salesman KJ. He responded first thing Monday, sending me pictures another Jeep they just got in that he thought would better fit my needs. It was exactly what I was looking for at a much better price than Ancira. KJ was awesome and the process was smooth and quick! Highly recommend Gunn and hope to buy all my cars from there in the future. More
