I got transferred to Charlotte North Carolina in 1995 and then transferred and settled in Pinellas County, Florida in 2002. For entertainment I enjoy Nascar, College Football (Virginia Tech Hokie), Hockey & Golf. My wife (Jennifer) and I enjoy going to the movies. No intention to buy a new car, but then I talked to Kevin.. I brought my 2014 escape in for service and stopped-by to say hi to my favorite sales guy, Kevin. Kevin sold me my 2014 escape and it was such a pleas I brought my 2014 escape in for service and stopped-by to say hi to my favorite sales guy, Kevin. Kevin sold me my 2014 escape and it was such a pleasure working with him that I always stop by to say hi when I am there. This time I "made the mistake" to say that I saw the new escape models on the ford website and was wondering - just wondering - what the pricing were. Kevin went immediately into sales-mode and showed me a few models. to cut a long story short, I ended up trading-in my car for a lease on a 2017 escape that I LOVE! perfect color, perfect interiors, features that are right for me. I like the way that Kevin works because he never tries to sell me features that I don't need and he ended up finding the exact model that I needed for the price that was right for me. At Walker Ford they really try to work with you instead of just trying to sell you what you don't need just to make some extra bucks. More

"Could not ask for a better car buying experience!" I am not in the habit of buying new cars, In my entire 60+ years I had, up to this point, purchased a grand total of two new vehicles. So knowing how to 'play' the car buying game is not something that I am familier with at all. My wife and I decided that a Mustang GT would be the right car for us and after a bit of strong armed tactics by another Ford dealer the next county over we went to our local dealer, Walker Ford. We needed to order the car we wanted, Kevin Jewel took care of everything in a friendly and professional manner. They do NOT play any of the games other dealers play! Kevin kept in steady touch with us via phone calls and regular emails, we knew exactly when our 'blue baby' was built and the transportation schedule as well. On delivery day Kevin spent extra time with us, helping take pics and going over some of the basic features. Harry Rumberger soft sold us a couple of warranties, as complex and expensive as cars are nowadays I personally think it is money well spent, he did not twist my arm at all, nor did he try. All in all, I truly do not think you could find a more honest dealership or a better group of people to do business with. More

pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle I visited your dealership and was met by Kevin. After explaining what I was looking for, he showed me the vehicle I was interested in. He went over the features of the car explaining everything and answered any questions I had. At the time of the visit, I was not planning to make a deal that day as I was also looking at a similar Chevy and Dodge vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured to make an immediate decision. Upon deciding that I wanted to purchase an Escape, I visited another Ford dealership and even though the out the door price was a little less, I did not feel comfortable with the salesman. I called Kevin and made an appointment to go back and see him. Upon completing the paperwork, he again took me to the car and went over all the features of the vehicle making sure I felt comfortable with everything and had no other questions. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing a car by myself. Upon leaving, I felt the Kevin and the dealership would stand behind me if I had any problems.
