I took my truck in for a diagnosis. They said it would be 1-3 days before I heard back. We didn’t get a diagnosis until 6 business days later. Then it was another 3 days for them to com They said it would be 1-3 days before I heard back. We didn’t get a diagnosis until 6 business days later. Then it was another 3 days for them to complete the repair. On top of that, I called several times to try and get a status update but “all service technicians were unavailable.” I’m not happy with the service I received. On top of that, I brought my truck in to pay for three diagnostics. Each of them being $175. I was willing to pay the money. They only did one of those diagnostics I asked for during the long wait I had. After waiting so long, you would think that all of my problems were at least looked at and taken care of. Kind of laughable actually. 10/10 would not recommend More

Good afternoon I am pleased with my visit and the service I received at the dealership was very exceptional. I went to get my yearly inspection and I noticed the new renovation which was very nice.
