I love my car ! I have used the dealership before with a Greta experience, so I was most pleased with this experience also. Lance was excellent in communicating with me over a few week period in getting another car. There was a slight adjustment needed on the car which he promptly took care of for me. The car was in immaculate condition although it was 3 years old. Lance offered his services in helping me in the future with tech questions I might have. 2016 ACURA RDX ADVANCE PACKAGE I live in Tennessee and found this vehicle on cars.com. Pretty much immediately, I got an automated reply saying that someone will contact me, blah blah blah... At 8:00 a.m. Sebastian Wrobel gave me a call that I missed, lets not forget that the dealership doesn't open until 9:00. So, I gave him a call back. Needless to say, I got every bit of information that I wanted almost instantly. He gave me a video call so he could run through everything about the vehicle and even show it. He was on top of EVERYTHING. He texted me and kept me updated. The process was smooth and quick. He delivered because he always delivers, literally and figuratively. It took 4 business days to get our vehicle from Chicago to Tennessee. Pretty impressive. Read his reviews if you have any doubt. Courteous excellent customer service Stopped in late on a Thursday night to look at a car I saw advertised on a website. From start to finish it was excellent customer service. Started wi Stopped in late on a Thursday night to look at a car I saw advertised on a website. From start to finish it was excellent customer service. Started with German in the new car section. Although it was a used car I was looking to buy, German was nice enough to give me some preliminary info on the car I was looking to buy and pointed in the right direction- thanks German! I met up with Kevin, the sales manager, and his associate, Pat, in the used car facility. I was greeted quickly and Kevin was able to print out the Carfax report for me. No pressure whatsoever on his part and he got the car brought up for an inspection and a test drive. Perfect car for what i was looking for. No haggling on price, no unforseen "surprise" fees or costs, no pressure to sign for extended warranties. Pat did a fantastic job getting all of the paperwork together in a timely fashion-and all of this was being done as the shop was ready to close for the evening. Kevin and Pat did a great job answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. After we came to agreement on price they introduced to Myles, the Finance manager. Again, nothing but professionalism and great customer service. From start to finish and top to bottom , courteous, professional , understanding and customer oriented service throughout my entire time there. I would definitely do business with them again and would gladly refer friends and family to them!! More
