His dedication to locating exactly what I wanted made all the difference. That said, the dealership’s fulfillment process has room for improvement. A few details fell short of what I expected for a premium purchase: • Licensing preferences — My specific preferences weren’t honored during the registration process, which required follow-up on my end. • Vehicle condition — The car arrived with missing washer fluid and needed a thorough detail, which shouldn’t be necessary on a brand-new vehicle. • Delivery logistics — The vehicle became soiled during the delivery/repair process, and I had to address cleanliness issues myself. The vehicle itself is outstanding, and my salesman’s work was flawless. However, if Sarasota Lexus fine-tuned their delivery coordination and ensured vehicles arrive in pristine condition, the overall experience would be truly seamless. Small operational adjustments would elevate an already strong sales process into an exceptional one from start to finish. More
