Had a pretty decent buying experience. It has been the after buying experience that I have had issues with. After purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle I need to come back in the following week to address a couple of concerns. Nothing major. So I contacted my salesman and told him I would be in on Saturday morning. Received a message on Saturday morning as I was about to leave for dealership saying something came up and he would not be able to be there until Tuesday. It is now Friday and haven’t heard a word from anyone. To me I got blowed off. Don’t know why I expected a little more from him but I did. So now looks like I will have to return there and have to be a not so nice guy to get my problems dealt with. Shouldn’t have to be this way. But other than this I had a good experience and loved the amenities the dealership offers while there. More
